Morocco Desert Experience – 6 Days

Arrival at Marrakech Airport. Meet and greet by our representative. Transfer to the hotel. Check-in and free time.

You may choose to begin exploring the Red City on your own – visit Jemaa el-Fna square, the Koutoubia Mosque, or simply relax after your journey.

Overnight in Marrakech.

After breakfast, guided city tour of Marrakech, including:

• Koutoubia Mosque: The largest mosque in Marrakech, with a 77 meter minaret (exterior visit).
• Majorelle Garden: A botanical garden jewel of architecture and botany, created by French painter Jacques Majorelle and restored by Yves Saint Laurent. The vibrant blue buildings and exotic plants are stunning.

After lunch (not included), departure to Tinghir through the High Atlas Mountains and the Tizi n'Tichka Pass at 2,260 meters. The winding road offers spectacular views of mountains, valleys, and Berber villages. Several photo stops will be made along the way.

Arrival in Tinghir, a charming oasis town nestled in the Dades Valley, known for its stunning landscapes and ancient kasbahs.

Overnight in Tinghir.

After breakfast, departure to Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert.

Upon arrival, enjoy an exciting 4x4 Jeep Safari through the Sahara Desert. Your adventure will include:

• Visits to nomadic areas: Meet Berber families living in traditional tents, share mint tea, and learn about their way of life in the desert.
• Exploration of the Erg Chebbi dunes: The tallest dunes in Morocco, reaching up to 150 meters. Drive across the golden sand and stop at panoramic viewpoints.

In the evening, camel ride at sunset across the golden dunes. Watch as the sun paints the sand in shades of orange, purple, and gold – a truly magical experience.

Overnight in a desert camp in Merzouga with traditional dinner and music under the starry Sahara sky.

After breakfast, visit the spectacular Todra Gorge, one of Morocco's most impressive natural attractions.

The Todra Gorges are a stunning narrow canyon of red rock, carved by the Todra River over thousands of years. The canyon walls rise up to 300 meters high, in some places only 10 meters apart. You will have time to:

• Walk through the narrow canyon between the towering cliffs
• Take spectacular photographs
• Watch rock climbers scaling the vertical walls

Continue to Ouarzazate, known as the Hollywood of Africa or the Door of the Desert. Along the way, enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Dades Valley with its dramatic rock formations and ancient kasbahs.

Overnight in Ouarzazate.

After breakfast, guided tour of Ouarzazate, including:

• Cinema Museum: Discover the history of Moroccan cinema and the many international films shot in the region, including Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia, and Game of Thrones.
• Taourirt Kasbah: A stunning example of traditional Moroccan architecture. The kasbah was once the residence of the Glaoui family, who controlled much of southern Morocco.

After the visit, return to Marrakech, crossing the High Atlas mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass once again. The afternoon light offers different perspectives of the mountain landscape.

After breakfast, guided tour of Marrakech, including:

• Bahia Palace: A stunning 19th century palace with intricate courtyards, gardens, and decorated rooms.
• The Old Medina: Explore the narrow alleyways and vibrant souks of Marrakech's historic center.

Free time for last-minute shopping and sightseeing. You may choose to:

• Visit Jemaa El Fna square for the bustling atmosphere
• Shop for souvenirs in the souks
• Enjoy a final Moroccan meal

Transfer to Marrakech Airport according to your flight schedule.
